(the company) was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 8th September 1997, as a private company limited by shares. The Company is principally a vegetable plantation company specializing in the latest vegetable farming technology known as “Netting System”.

Our farming activities commenced in 1998 with a farm located at 29th mile, Kuching/Serian Road. Our first expansion took place in the year 2000 with an additional farm located at Jemukan Ulu, Sadong Land District. Another new farm located at 31st mile, Kaju Tajau Kampung Tian, Serian, Bukar Sadong Land District. All farm areas added up to a total of nearly 60 acres.

Our daily delivery of produce from these 3 farms reach up to 5.5 Metric Tonnes of fresh vegetable for the Kuching-Samarahan markets. Annual production figure approximately 2,000 Metric Tonnes from the three farms.

Since 1999, our Company has been awarded the certification, namely, ‘Vegetable Certificate Scheme’ (VCS) from Department of Agriculture which reflects our commitment to the scheme in producing high quality vegetable and meeting the required safety standard for consumption.

Following VCS, the Company participated in Skim Amalan Baik Ladang Malaysia (SALM) during 2003, to pursue higher recognitions in vegetable farming and production. SALM is a scheme implemented by the Ministry of Agriculture to recognize and accredit farms that adopt Good Agricultural Practice (GAP). The company strives to ensure that its produces are of higher standards of quality.

We also strive for the maximisation of land usage and continue to acquire new vegetable plot. In short, we are commited to produce high quality vegetable to meet the domestic consumers needs.

The company is planning to expand its existing farm further to reach the size of 100 acres, for its existing variety of leafy vegetables and other new produce as part of the marketing strategy.

In line with our government policies to produce more quality food locally, the company has positioned itself to be the market leader in vegetable production in Sarawak and at the same time to continue to keep up with advances in food technology in order to exploit changing trends. This helps to promote Sarawak as a major food producer
in Malaysia.
